We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Your files and designs
CAD files, drawings and project details you send us are used only for your project. Our services agreement includes a mutual confidentiality section.
How long we keep it
We keep project correspondence and files as long as we need them for the work and our business records. Ask us and we’ll delete what we don’t need to keep.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing caleb@arrowadditive.com.
