Shop tooling

Jigs, fixtures, soft jaws and forms for the shop floor, made in days instead of weeks.

Shop tooling

Service overview

Fixtures and soft jaws, made in days.

Machined fixtures tie up your mills and take time you’d rather spend on paying parts. We print jigs, fixtures, soft-jaw inserts, inspection gauges, masking plugs and forming tools so your machines stay on production.

Our background is CNC machining, so we design tooling the way a machinist uses it. When a precision machine shop needed forms to bend metal around, we designed and printed them, and they went straight onto the floor.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Are printed fixtures strong enough for the shop floor?

For holding, locating, forming and inspection, often yes. We pick the material and wall design for the load, and you test the first one.

How fast can you turn tooling around?

Can you design the fixture from my part?

Do you work with machine shops?
