Overview:
An early-stage energy company needed production parts while its system was still in testing. A mold would have cost around $100,000 and locked the design in before testing was done, and few molding machines can shoot a part that size.
Approach:
We’re setting the parts up on large-format SLA. Each part prints in one piece, and the design can change between runs as testing goes on, with no tooling to scrap.
